ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Make a syrup for your passion fruit mousse To make a syrup for your passion fruit mousse, you just need to mix 1 cup of passion fruit pulp with 1/2 cup of sugar. Take to a pan, in low fire, stir well and let it boil. Stir a little more until you get a syrup point. Then just take it to the fridge along with the mousse.
