- Sugar to taste
- Chocolate shavings 70% to taste
- Blend the passion fruit, water and sugar in a blender (I used two tablespoons of demerara).
- Then color and book.
- Hydrate the gelatin (put two and a half spoons of water along with the gelatin, leave it for 1 min and then microwave it for 15 seconds).
- Add the gelatin, the yogurt, the passion fruit mixture you prepared, hit a lot in the blender. If you make gelatin balls, strain.
- Put it in the container you want and decorate with chocolate.
