- Can of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Natural passion fruit juice1 cup
- Nest Milk Powder or Coconut Milk Powder1 cup
- Xylitol Sweetener1 teaspoon
- Dissolved Flavorless Gelatin Envelope1/2 unit(s)
- Natural sweet or sour passion fruit pulp2 tablespoon
- Blueberries to taste
- Kit Kat dark to taste
- In a blender, beat the cream and whey, passion fruit juice, powdered milk and xylitol sweetener.
- Beat for about 5 minutes
- Hydrate the unflavored gelatin (as per package instructions)
- Place the hydrated gelatin in the blender and blend again.
- put in jars
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours
- Serve with passion fruit pulp
- Optional: add blueberries and a little bit of Kat dark kit đ
