- In the blender, beat the pulp of two passion fruit with a little water.
- Strain this mixture and set aside.
- Return the strained passion fruit juice to the blender, and beat with the condensed milk and cream.
- Place on a platter and place in the fridge for 8 hours.
- In a pan, add the pulp of 1 passion fruit with the sugar and let it cook until it turns into a syrup.
- Add the syrup to the mousse.
