- In the pulse mode of the blender, beat 3 and a half passion fruit, the other half set aside to decorate.
- After beating the passion fruit, pass it through a sieve to remove the seeds.
- Then beat the sieved mixture, plus the condensed milk and the cream for 3 minutes.
- Place in bowls or in a large refractory, decorate with the reserved passion fruit, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
