- Concentrated passion fruit juice250 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Colorless gelatin powder12 g
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Passion fruit pulp with seeds2 unit(s)
- Water1/3 cup
- Milk200 ml
- Beat the passion fruit juice with the condensed milk, the milk and the cream in the blender until obtaining an aerated cream, incorporate the melted gelatin according to the package instructions and beat for 1 to 2 minutes to mix well.
- Distribute on a platter or in bowls and take it to the fridge, when it's consistent spread the cold syrup and take the fridge again for a few minutes. Serve cold.
- Syrup preparation method In a pan, add the sugar, water and passion fruit pulp, bring to a boil and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
