- Dissolve the colorless gelatin as requested by the manufacturer, set aside. In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the 25g juice pack. Finally, add the colorless gelatin. Place in a container and refrigerate until firm. Tip: Make a ganache and put it on top of your mousse.
