- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Passion fruit pulp or concentrated juice2 unit(s)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Cut the cake into slices.
- Blend condensed milk, passion fruit pulp (if using concentrated juice, use around 150ml) and a box of cream in a blender.
- Place a layer of cake on a platter drizzle with a little milk.
- Add a layer of mousse and then another layer of cake. Build the layers.
- Chop the chocolate into a microwave-safe dish and add 1 box of cream. Bake for 30 seconds and stir well to help melt. Add another 30 seconds and stir until melted.
- Throw the chocolate over the pavé and take it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Decorate with chocolate shavings.
