  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 ml
  • Natural yogurt200 g
  • Sugar2 dessert spoon
  1. Cut the passion fruit and recover the pulp.
  2. Separate 4 tablespoons of the pulp and bring to a simmer with the sugar for 5 min. When it starts to boil and thickens the syrup is ready. Allow to cool to decorate the mousse before serving.
  3. Put the rest of the passion fruit pulp, the condensed milk and the yogurts in the blender and let it beat well (2 to 3 minutes). If you don't like the feel of the fruit's seed pieces, strain the pulp and use only the juice.
  4. Place in a large glass container or in individual bowls and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving (you can leave 1 hour in the freezer before serving if you like the mousse very cold).
  5. Before serving, pour the passion fruit syrup on top. Enjoy your food!
