- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Passion Fruit Juice Powder1 unit(s)
- Passion fruit hoopoe1 unit(s)
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Water1 tablespoon
- Whip the cream, condensed milk and powdered juice in the blender for 5 minutes. Pour into a platter and set aside.
- Over medium heat, place the passion fruit pulp, sugar and water and stir until it boils.
- Tip: with a spoon remove any foam that forms on the syrup, this takes all the bitterness out of the passion fruit.
- Allow to cool, pour over the mousse and refrigerate for 2 hours.
