Sour cream2 can(s)
Passion Fruit Juice Powder1 unit(s)
Passion fruit hoopoe1 unit(s)
Sugar5 tablespoon
Water1 tablespoon

Whip the cream, condensed milk and powdered juice in the blender for 5 minutes. Pour into a platter and set aside.
Over medium heat, place the passion fruit pulp, sugar and water and stir until it boils.
Tip: with a spoon remove any foam that forms on the syrup, this takes all the bitterness out of the passion fruit.
Allow to cool, pour over the mousse and refrigerate for 2 hours.
