- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and passion fruit pulp. Dilute 1 packet of unflavored gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions and then add to the other ingredients in the blender, blend for another 2 minutes. Assemble the Bis cookies in a removable background form, add the mousse and take it to the fridge or freezer for 2 hours before serving.
