- Place the condensed milk, cream and juice in the blender and blend for 3 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the mousse on a platter and take it to the freezer to harden a little.
- While the mousse is in the freezer, melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie.
- After the mousse takes on consistency, place the melted chocolate on top and return to the freezer for 3 hours.
