- In the blender, add the condensed milk, the cream and the passion fruit pulp.
- Beat everything for approximately 3 minutes until it is very consistent.
- In a water bath (or in the microwave) melt the chocolate bars and add the cream and stir.
- In a refractory or bowl add the mousse and then the chocolate ganache.
- Put in the fridge for 3 hours
