- Pure passion fruit juice200 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Blend the juice, condensed milk and 1 box of cream in a blender until smooth, for about 3 minutes.
- Put this mixture in the fridge until it hardens.
- For the chocolate, melt the 200g with 1 box of cream in the microwave or in a bain-marie
- Add the chocolate to the mousse and put it in the fridge for a few hours. Ready!
