- Water200 ml
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Passion Fruit Jelly1 unit(s)
- Milk chocolate200 g
- Frozen sour cream2 can(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Start by preparing the passion fruit syrup.
- In a pan, place all the passion fruit pulp, water and sugar.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes and set aside.
- In a blender place the dissolved gelatin according to the package instructions, the condensed milk and a can of cream.
- Blend everything for 4 minutes and set aside.
- For the ganache, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and then add the cold cream.
- Mix well . Is ready.
- Now, on a platter put all the ganache.
- On top of the chocolate ganache, place the passion fruit mousse.
- Finish with the syrup.
- Let it freeze for 4 hours and serve.
- Enjoy your food.
