- In the blender add the passion fruit seeds and pulse for 10 minutes and then strain
- After straining, take the liquid again to the blender, along with two boxes of condensed milk and two of cream and beat for 10 minutes.
- In a pan, add a can of condensed milk and the Nescau over low heat, stirring for 10 minutes until it forms a harder creamy chocolate.
- Take cups and fill with passion fruit mousse and place in the freezer for 15 minutes
- After some time, remove and place the chocolate syrup on top of the mousse, taking it for another 30 minutes until it hardens and can serve.
