- Passion Fruit Jelly1 unit(s)
- Water500 ml
- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Sour Cream2 can(s)
- Tang Passion Fruit Juice1 unit(s)
- In a pan with 250ml of boiling water, completely dissolve the gelatin, add 250ml of cold water and set aside.
- In the blender add the condensed milk, the cream, the juice and mix well.
- Take a refractory of your choice or small pots and add the Passion Fruit Mousse.
- Then slowly add the gelatin on top.
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours, or until the gelatin is set.
