- White chocolate (bar)200 g
- Place the cream and condensed milk in the blender. Add passion fruit. The passion fruit, before putting it in the blender, pass the pulp through a sieve, so that only the juice falls out. Reserve the seeds.
- Let it beat for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the chocolate bar with the thicker side of the grater and set aside.
- Pour the entire mixture from the blender into a glass or other refractory of your choice.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate and passion fruit seeds.
- Place in the fridge for about 1 hour to chill and harden.
- Enjoy your food!
