- Corn starch4 teaspoon
- Passion Fruit Spare2 unit(s)
- Blend 480ml of passion fruit juice, cream and condensed milk in a blender for 40 seconds.
- Place in the refractory a thin layer of the mousse that was beaten in the blender and moisten the cookies one by one in the coconut milk until forming a layer of cookies, repeat the layer of the mousse and the cookies moistened in the coconut milk until the end of the mousse, put in the fridge.
- Syrup, in a pan with the fire turned off, mix the water, the sugar and the corn starch, take it to the low fire, add the 160 ml of the passion fruit juice and the passion fruit pulp. After boiling wait for 4 minutes boiling and turn off and wait to cool.
- Remove the refractory from the mousse with the cookies and place the passion fruit syrup on top, sprinkle the grated coconut on top. Place in the fridge and serve after chilling.
