- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate1 cup
- Passion fruit for syrup3 unit(s)
- Grind the biscuit with the daisy, line a mold with a removable bottom, make a few holes in the dough with gardo and take it to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Make the passion fruit mousse by beating the condensed milk, the cream and the juice (can be 1 cup) beating for 5 minutes
- After the dough has cooled, place the mousse on top and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
- Beat the passion fruit pulp well with a fork adding 1 tablespoon of sugar and sprinkle on top (optional)
