- Tang passion fruit juice1 unit(s)

- Sugar100 mg
- Water100 ml
- Melted margarine = 3 very full spoons200 ml
- Grind the cookies in a food processor or blender and then gradually add the hot melted margarine. Forming a wet crumb
- In a removable rim shape, press the dough until it covers all the shape and sides.
- Bake this dough for 10 minutes in a high oven and let it cool well.
- For the mousse, beat the cream, the powdered juice and the cream in a blender until it thickens. Use good quality ingredient that works!! I used (Piracanjuba condensed milk and cream I used Nestlé and Aurora)
- For the syrup: Just remove the passion fruit pulp, put the sugar and water Let it boil on low heat until the syrup point
- With the base dough of the cold pie put the mousse and then take the fridge for half an hour and then put the cold syrup and make the fridge until serving time.
