- 2 large sour passion fruit 1 cup (tea) of water 1 can of condensed milk 1 box of heavy cream 500ml of milk 24g of unflavored and colorless gelatin + 80ml of waterOil for greasing the moldExtra material: tall mold with a hole in the middle (23cm in diameter) – For the syrup:1 ml
- Remove the passion fruit pulp and place in a blender; Add the water and beat well; Pass everything through a sieve to remove the seeds; Return the liquid to the blender and add the condensed milk, cream and milk; Beat well; Mix colorless gelatin with water and microwave for 20 seconds; Add to the blender and hit for the last time; Transfer to a greased shape with a little oil and take it to the fridge for at least 6 hours or until it's consistent; Peel off the sides and unmold.
