- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Oil to taste

- In a container, add the gelatin sachets, the hot milk. Mix until all the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add the condensed milk and the cream, mix again until the ingredients are completely homogenized.
- Unite a shape with a hole in the middle with olive oil or oil, pour the cream and take it to the fridge for 1h:30min.
- Syrup: In a pan, place the passion fruit pulp, sugar and water. Mix until the sugar dissolves and turns into a syrup.
- After the time has passed, unmold, put the syrup on top. Grab a piece and enjoy yourself.
