  • Hot milk400 ml
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Oil to taste
  • Sugar1 cup
  • passion fruit1 unit(s)
  • Water150 ml
  1. In a container, add the gelatin sachets, the hot milk. Mix until all the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the condensed milk and the cream, mix again until the ingredients are completely homogenized.
  3. Unite a shape with a hole in the middle with olive oil or oil, pour the cream and take it to the fridge for 1h:30min.
  4. Syrup: In a pan, place the passion fruit pulp, sugar and water. Mix until the sugar dissolves and turns into a syrup.
  5. After the time has passed, unmold, put the syrup on top. Grab a piece and enjoy yourself.
