- Remove the seeds (carocinhos) from the passion fruit (reserve) Remove the yellow rind, and only use the white parts, cut them into cubes.
- In a pan, place the cubes with 300 ml of water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes, then add the sugar and a few lumps, stir. On low heat, let it boil, add the cloves and let it cook until it becomes a thick syrup.
- Transfer to a platter, wait to cool and put in the fridge. Ready!
