- packet of crushed cornstarch biscuits1 unit(s)
- 5 tablespoons of butter5 tablespoon
- Mint leaves for garnish to taste
- concentrated passion fruit juice1 cup
- cream cheese2 cup
- melted white chocolate250 g
- condensed milk2 can(s)
- Passion fruit pulp2 unit(s)
- sugar3 tablespoon
- water120 ml
- In a bowl, mix the biscuit with the butter until it forms a moist crumb.
- Line the molds for tartlets, squeezing them with your fingers, and bake in a medium, preheated oven for 8 minutes or until set, without browning.
- Reserve. Beat the filling ingredients in a blender until smooth, divide between the molds over the dough and refrigerate for 2 hours. Take the syrup ingredients to the low fire for 3 minutes. Turn off and let it cool.
- Remove the tarts from the fridge, unmould, drizzle with the cold syrup and decorate with mint leaves before serving.
