- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Passion Fruit Tang Juice1 unit(s)
- Milk or semisweet chocolate bar.500 g
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Make two layers of chocolate in the truffle molds and refrigerate.
- In a blender, place the condensed milk, cream and the passion fruit Tang juice.
- Beat for 5 minutes. The longer it beats, the more creamy it gets.
- Pour the filling into the truffle molds and top with more melted chocolate.
- Take the fridge for 10 minutes and unmold carefully so as not to break.
