- Milk or semisweet chocolate500 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Passion Fruit Tang Juice1 unit(s)
- Forminhas to make the truffles1 unit(s)
- Pack for truffles30 unit(s)
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 min or in a bain-marie. Stir with a spatula until it's all melted.
- Pass the melted chocolate in the truffle molds, pass well so there is no flaw and do not use all the melted chocolate, leave enough chocolate to close the truffles.
- Place the mold in the freezer for about 5 minutes for the chocolate to set.
- In the meantime, let's make the truffle filling. In a pan put the other ingredients, mix well and take it to the fire and keep stirring until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Remove the molds from the freezer and place the cooled filling.
- After filling the truffles, use the remaining chocolate to close the truffles.
- Place in the freezer for another 10 minutes. Remove and pack them as you wish.
