- Ready-made puff pastry1 unit(s)
- Sugar200 g
- Milk100 g
- Wheat flour 1.5 tbsp1 tablespoon
- Egg yolk4 unit(s)
- Fresh cream400 g
- Balnilha essence 4 drops to taste
- Mix all the filling ingredients until smooth. Then remove the foam that forms on top.
- With the help of a glass cut the dough and put it in the form
- Fill with stuffing
- Take to preheated oven at 250 degrees for like 15 min. Keep an eye on it, when it starts to brown on top, remove it from the oven.
