- Powdered Nest Milk2 cup
- Icing sugar100 g
- Nutella or milk leaves for stuffing. to taste
- In a container, sift the icing sugar and add the Ninho milk, and the condensed milk.
- With the help of a plastic spatula, mix the ingredients and if it gets too sticky add a little more milk.
- Store in a plastic bag and let the dough rest for at least 1 hour.
- Open the dough with the help of a rolling pin, sprinkle with nest milk and cut with a rim of your choice, I will use the 10 cm.
- Do not make it too thin or too thick, cut an average of 4/5 cm thick.
- Fill half of the dough with nutella or the filling of your choice and leave the edges free, then close gently and remove the excess.
