- For mass: In a pan, take all the ingredients (except the chocolate) and mix until you get a thick and creamy consistency. Then separate the dough into 2 and mix the chocolate in one of them.
- For assembly: 1 package of cornstarch cookies 1 glass of milk 1 spoon of chocolate powder (optional) In a refractory, pour the white cream, cookies, chocolate cream, cookies and finish with the frosting.
- To the roof: 4 egg whites 4 tablespoons of sugar 1 can of whey-free cream Beat the egg whites with the sugar until you get a consistent cream, add the cream and mix gently.
- To finish on top is optional: sprinkles, strawberries or whatever you prefer. Place the refractory in the fridge for 40 min.
