- Condensed Milk Can (lady)1 unit(s)

- Whole milk320 ml
- Chocolate powder (priests)1 cup
- Corn Starch1/4 cup
- Milk (to moisten cornstarch cookies)80 ml
- Cornstarch Biscuit Pack1 unit(s)
- 70% chopped chocolate250 g
- Chopped milk chocolate90 g
- 60% chopped chocolate90 g
- Can of Cream (for topping)1 unit(s)
- In a bowl put the cornstarch and a little milk and stir well until mixed, transfer to a pan
- Add the rest of the milk, the condensed milk and the chocolate powder and stir well, leave it on a low heat and keep stirring, when it starts to boil let it cook for about 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Add the cream and mix well until smooth and cool
- In a refractory put a layer of this chocolate cream
- Dip the cornstarch cookies in the milk and make a layer on top of the chocolate cream.
- Make another layer of chocolate and biscuit cream and repeat this process until you finish the ingredients.
- Take it to the fridge for about 30 minutes and make the cover:
- Melt the 70% chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and when it is well melted, add the cream and stir well until smooth and creamy
- Cover the pave with this icing and place the chopped pieces of milk chocolate and 60% chocolate on top.
- Take it to the fridge for like 40 minutes and that's it đ
- Tip: you can replace the chocolates with whatever you prefer, white or semisweet chocolate for example đ
