- Maizena1 teaspoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Vanilla1 dessert spoon
- Maizena Biscuit2 unit(s)
- Dark chocolate300 mg
- In a pan add the 400ml milk, the Maizena (corn starch), the condensed milk, the yolk, the cream and the vanilla essence.Mix and bring to a medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir until it thickens and starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl and wait for this cream to cool completely. Reserve. Dip the Maizena cookies into the milk, quickly so they don't get soaked.
- Then, place them in a shape or glass dish (20x20cm), leaving one next to the other, forming a layer. Spread a layer of cream on top of these cookies.
