- Lemon to taste
- whipped cream200 g
- Whole milk200 ml
- Cinnamon powder to garnish to taste
- Use a can of good quality condensed milk and cook it in a pressure cooker for 0:30 mins to form the dulce de leche
- I used a 16* cm glass mold Dip each wafer in warm milk and place in the mold.
- Then add a layer of dulce de leche
- Cut the bananas into slices and distribute over the dulce de leche, drip a few drops of lemon so as not to darken the bananas.
- Then add another layer of biscuits soaked in milk.
- Finish with whipped cream, decorate with powdered cinnamon or cocoa over the pave.
- Leave at least two hours in the fridge
