  • Champagne cracker10 unit(s)
  • Lemon to taste
  • whipped cream200 g
  • Whole milk200 ml
  • Cinnamon powder to garnish to taste
  1. Use a can of good quality condensed milk and cook it in a pressure cooker for 0:30 mins to form the dulce de leche
  2. I used a 16* cm glass mold Dip each wafer in warm milk and place in the mold.
  3. Then add a layer of dulce de leche
  4. Cut the bananas into slices and distribute over the dulce de leche, drip a few drops of lemon so as not to darken the bananas.
  5. Then add another layer of biscuits soaked in milk.
  6. Finish with whipped cream, decorate with powdered cinnamon or cocoa over the pave.
  7. Leave at least two hours in the fridge
