- Hazelnut Essence1 dessert spoon

- Bis2 unit(s)
- Dark Chocolate50 g
- Milk Cream3 tablespoon
- In a pan put condensed milk, cream, egg yolk, cornstarch and milk. Mix well. Take to medium fire, always stirring until you form a cream.
- Let the cream cool down well to assemble. Cut the bis into slices and set aside. In a refractory place a layer of cream, then a layer of chopped bis and another of cream.
- Cut the chocolate into pieces and take it to the microwave to melt, add the cream and mix well. Put this chocolate cream on top making another layer. Take it to the fridge before serving.
