- In a pan, add 1 carton of condensed milk, 2 egg yolks (without the membrane), 4 tablespoons of cornstarch and 1 liter of milk and lead to low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. This will be the white cream.
- Book and wait to cool down.
- Repeat the procedure in another pan, adding the chocolate powder to make the chocolate cream. Book and wait to cool down.
- To assemble the pave, place it in a large refractory in the following order: white cream, 1 packet of chopped Bis chocolate, chocolate cream, 1 packet of Bis chocolate to finish. Then just put it in the fridge.
- IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Assemble the pavé when the two creams are cold, because if they are still warm, the Bis chocolates that will go between the two creams will be "soft", without the crunch of the biscuit.
- You can spice up your pave using chestnuts, walnuts, peanuts or other types of chocolate, such as the Serenata de Amor bonbon, for example.
