- Eggs (separating the yolks from the whites)3 unit(s)

- Dark chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- In a pan, heat the condensed milk, the yolks and the milk.
- Stir constantly until it becomes a porridge-like cream and then put it in a refractory
- Grind the bis and put it on top of the cream
- Then beat the egg whites, melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie and mix the two with the cream and place the mixture on top of the bis and take it to the fridge for about 2 hours.
