- Milk Chocolate Bar1 unit(s)
- Can of Sour Cream1 can(s)
- Can of Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Tablespoon Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- In a saucepan, mix the milk, condensed milk and cornstarch. Mix well until thickened and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate bar in a bain-marie and add the cream.
- In a refractory, place a box of chopped Bis and throw the first cream on top
- Add the chocolate cream and finish with the other box of chopped Bis on top
- Refrigerate for an hour
