- Corn starch2 tablespoon

- Filling: Sour cream1 can(s)
- Filling: chocolate bar (your choice)1 unit(s)

- CREAM: Whisk the cream ingredients over low heat until smooth.
- FILLING: Place the cream and chocolate in a pan and stir over low heat until the chocolate melts and forms a ganache.
- MOUNTING: On a platter, place a layer of the white cream, the chopped bis, the white cream again and finish with the ganache and the rest of the chopped bis.
- Take it to the fridge until it gets cold and then you can serve.
