- Chocolate bar400 g
- Sour cream200 ml
- Cherry syrup100 ml
- Cut the chocolate cake into small disks,
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie stirring until completely melted, add the cream and mix well and set aside.
- Place the cake disc in the bowl, soak with the cherry syrup
- On top put the ganache,
- Cut the cherries into small pieces and place over the ganache.
- In the mixer beat the whipped cream until the peak point, and make the last layer using pitanga nozzle. Decorate with cherries and chocolate plate.
