- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Dark Chocolate Bar1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Cookie Maisena or Maria1 to taste
- Cream of Cream: in a container place the cream and condensed milk, stir well (it is good that both are well chilled)
- Ganache: in a bain-marie or in the microwave Melt the chocolate and add a box of cream, mix well... And set aside
- On a marinex we are going to assemble our Pavé, start by making a layer of cream, then another layer of cookies, the last layer must be cream, and we will finish with the layer of ganache.
- Take it to the fridge for about 2 hours, serve cold. It's a delight!
