- In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and the cream (at cold temperature) until it forms a consistency of cream and set aside. 𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔: I use Frimesa or Crioulo cream
- On a medium platter, place a layer of cream, a cookie with milk (I dip a milk and go repeating the layers until the last is of the cream.
- Make a ganache by melting the semisweet chocolate tablets in a bain-marie (I use milk chocolate to make it sweeter). As soon as the chocolate melts, add the milk cream, mix and pour over the pavé, if you want to make a confection with grated chocolate and light it. to the refrigerator for approximately 3 hours.
