Very cold cream300 g
Sour cream200 g
Condensed milk350 g
Powdered milk350 g
Milk200 ml
Chocolate chip cookie200 g
Strawberries to taste
Powdered milk for garnish to taste

In the mixer, add the cream, the cream, the condensed milk and the powdered milk and beat on high speed until firm (the ingredients must be very cold) and set aside.
Wash the strawberries well, separate some to decorate and the rest cut into small pieces and lovingly add to the cream.
On a platter spread a layer of cream then a layer of biscuit (dip the cookies in milk) and so on until you finish in cream
Finally, sprinkle the powdered milk and decorate with the reserved strawberries, refrigerate for 4 hours.
