- Start by preparing the white cream.
- In a pan put the milk, condensed milk and corn starch and mix well.
- Then bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it thickens. Then add 03 tablespoons of grated coconut, mix and remove from the heat. Let cool a little.
- For assembly, start by placing a layer of the cream, then the biscuit dipped in milk.
- Do this until the last layer is cream.
- Then make a chocolate ganache.
- Chop the chocolate and place it in a pan, add the cream and heat until the chocolate is completely melted and pour it over the white cream.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Before serving, grate the bonbon and throw it on top along with the granulated chocolate and the rest of the grated coconut.
- It's ready to serve.
