- Take a pan to the fire with the condensed milk and the milk, stir. Dissolve the starch in 100ml of milk. Add the mixture that is in the pan. Stir until thickened. Separate the yolks from the whites and add to this mixture. Shake well. Add a box of sour cream. Reserve Take the chocolate bars to melt in a bain-marie. Once melted, add the cream. Let cool. Soak the cookies in a mixture of 1 cup of 200ml of milk with 1 spoon of chocolate. Intersperse the white cream with the cookies and the chocolate ganache.
