- Condensed milk200 g
- Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Champagne biscuit to taste
- Milk chocolate bar100 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Put the condensed milk in a pyrex and add the lemon juice, mix well until it gets a thick consistency. After that, put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Chocolate cream: in a pan, the powdered chocolate, the milk chocolate bar, the milk cream, stir well and heat until it thickens. Put the butter, stir and turn off, put it in the bowl
- Break the cookie and arrange it on top of the chocolate, and put the layer of lemon cream, decorate with cookie and lemon zest
