- Egg2 unit(s)
- Maizena Biscuit800 g
- Sugar100 g
- For the syrup: Cut the pineapple into small pieces, but remove the central part
- In a pan, put the sugar, the pineapple pieces and bring to the fire to cook the pineapple and, add water for the syrup and reserve.
- For the cream: in a pan put the milk, dissolve the cornstarch (in the still cold milk), the condensed milk, the cream and stir well.
- Once this is done, separate the yolks, remove the skin from the yolk and add the mixture.
- Now, take it to the fire and, with a spoon, stir until it thickens.
- The point of the cream is when it leaves the bottom of the pan.
- Now, in a refractory or tray, alternate the layers like this: Cookie, syrup, cream, cookies, syrup, cream
- At the end, make a sigh with the white and cover the paper and take it to the fridge.
- Serve cold. The syrup is used to moisten the cookies, but you can soak them in milk before assembling the pave.
- You can put the pieces of cooked pineapple in the cream or spread on the layers of syrup.
