- Cut the pineapple and let it cook for 20 Minutes - Add 1 cup of sugar and cover with water until the pineapple is covered.
- In a pan Put the condensed milk, corn starch, cream and the milk mix well with the fire off.
- Then leave it on the fire until it thickens, when it gets homogeneous add the pineapple that is already cooked and turn off the fire so it doesn't burn!
- MOUNTING: A layer of the Maisena biscuit, another layer of the cream, add the coconut on top. Place an aluminum foil and let it cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours to firm the cream.
