- Condensed milk3 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Nuts60 g
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Cow's milk500 ml
- Vanilla2 dessert spoon
- Cornstarch Biscuit Pack1 unit(s)
- SWEET MILK: In a small roast, add 2 boxes of condensed milk and cover with aluminum foil (shiny side down).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1:20 in a bain-marie.
- (Chef's tip: ATTENTION!! When you have time, take it out of the oven and let it cool, don't stir it hot).
- When cool, add 1/2 box of sour cream and mix well. Reserve.
- CREAM: In a pan, add 1 box of condensed milk, 3 egg yolks beaten with a fork, cow's milk with dissolved cornstarch and 1 dessertspoon of vanilla. Mix well.
- Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, as soon as it boils and thickens, turn off the heat and set aside.
- COVERAGE: In the mixer, add the egg whites and beat until stiff.
- Turn off and add the rest of the cream, sugar and vanilla. Blend for about 30 seconds or long enough to blend.
- ASSEMBLY: In a refractory, add a little cream (enough to make a bed for the cookies), then a layer of cookies and another layer of cream, then cookies, a little dulce de leche, a little bit of the chopped nuts and repeat this process until the cream is used up.
- Finish with biscuit and the rest of the dulce de leche on top.
- To finish, put the frosting and take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours (Chef's Tip: It gets better if you leave it in the fridge overnight).
- Before serving, put the rest of the chopped walnuts and garnish with some whole walnuts. (It is important to do this process after freezing, so the nuts don't sink)
- Enjoy your food.
